Lost applications
Unfortunately, applications and communication about applications submitted via DKMAnet to the Danish Health and Medicines Authority in the period from 10.15 pm on Wednesday 15 October to 2.00 pm on Thursday 16 October have been lost.
All DKMAnet users who have submitted data during this period are encouraged to call DKMAnet Support on +45 44 88 95 25, so that we can clarify whether any data you have submitted may have been lost.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that these technical problems may have caused.
Prices, packages and supply estimates not affected
Note that notifications of prices, packages and supply estimates have not been affected.
