As of 30 of October 2013, the substances below were included in annex 1 of executive order no. 557 of 31 May 2011 on euphoriant substances issued by the Danish Ministry of Health and Prevention. In addition, the group Phenethylamin has been expanded.
The following substances are included in schedule B:
- 83 a. 5F-Apinaca (N-(1-adamantyl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazol-3-carboxamid)
- 87 l. 5F-PB-22 (8-quinolinyl-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indol-3-carboxylat)
The group Phenethylamin is defined to also include the substituent methoxybenzyl at the R¹ position. See also executive order no. 1222 of 28 October 2013 (in Danish only) for a complete definition of the group Phenethylamin.
As of 30 of October 2013, these substances may only be imported or exported if the Danish Health and Medicines Authority has issued a certificate for each individual shipment.
This means that these substances can solely be used for medical or scientific purposes.
