This information is aimed at both new companies wishing to distribute and handle euphoriant substances as well as companies holding existing authorisations of activities with euphoriant substances.
The purpose is to give companies that want to distribute and handle euphoriant substances a better overview of the regulation of euphoriant substances and of the requirements applying to the companies.
Moreover, we want to create a greater understanding of our obligations pursuant to the UN conventions on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and inform companies that they must report information about certificates and annual accounts to us.
