We are simplifying the procedure for issuing export certificates for medicinal products.
Previously, an export certificate was sent back and forth between the company and us by ordinary post. We are now simplifying and digitising the process:
- In future, companies can download Word templates for export certificates on our website, fill in the templates electronically and send them to certificates@dkma.dk together with any relevant files.
- We will process the certificate and add stamps and case number electronically.
- We print the certificate on our certificate paper (and any attachments on white paper) and stamp the certificate with our seal.
- We send the issued certificate to the company by ordinary post.
In connection with the digitisation of the procedure, we will charge a small fee per issued export certificate. Read more about the new procedure for export certificates on our website.
